Before my trip to America, one of my friends asked me wether I am afraid or not, since I was going to a totally strange foreign country without any relatives or friends there. I told her that honestly I felt more excited than terrified, since I couldn't wait to see how my brand new life was going to change me, and I said, " To be more specific, for example, I can't wait to meet the people who is going to appear in my life. I'm expecting what kind of role they are going to play and how they are going to influence my feelings and thinking.''
Similar but not exactly, this feeling occurs to me when I come across a new song. To me, finding a good piece of music is like meeting a new nice person. It can influence not only your mood but
also your life. Listening to a nice song can allow you to understand the feeling the composer wants to express and the culture behind a group of people. I believe it is acknowledged to many people that music can change the atmosphere. Some of them cheer you up when you are discouraged; some of them reminds you of a certain period of time and tells your inner feelings. People believe that melody has something special to do with our neurons and brain, so it is good for pregnant women to listen to music of Mozart, which seems to be helpful to the growth of babies' brain. heartbreaking, so she played piano alone to relieve her sorrow. The man realized his fault and tried to apologize and comfort her. But it was obvious that the bride would never forgive him no matter what he said. However, smart as he was, he used music as language to express his sorry. If one song is popular, some music genius will have the interest to create their own version. It is pretty interesting for me to listen to one song played in so many different ways. This fully shows the diversity of music and creativity of musicians. You can do whatever you want with music, and you will be surprised at how much fun music will bring you.

Sometimes, music can be enjoyable and romantic. In this video, the couple is playing a song in one guitar. You can easily see their fascinating guitar skill and perfect cooperation. Sometimes their hands are really close, sometimes they use one hand to cooperate with each other. They have the same rhythm in their heart and the same dream to pursue. Although the music is fantastic, you won't ignore the smile and laugh on their face. Honestly, this is their way to enjoy their life, no matter they are rich or not.

Lots of you are well-educated in terms of music and art! How poor I am! Nevertheless, I can somehow appreciate music, so when I listened to my foavored music, I could sense the fluctuation of emotion, which is a quite comfort to me...

I liked the Corpse Bride video and, especially, the Brazilian couple playing the guitar simultaneously with four hands. Of the classical music, I thought Pachelbel's Canon in D Major was lovely--it is a musical piece I have heard many times before but not for a long time. The "Neuronal Music" explanation was interesting but a bit "over my head"--I am no neurologist! Thank you for your insights into the emotional and psychological power music has over us.

I agree with you. Sometimes I feel bad, and I will listen to my favorite songs. Following the rhythm and singing with the lyrics make me feel better and relax. Some songs and lyrics are fit the moment we had. That is, it looks like the composer did the song for us.

In the “Piano Duet”, they used the music to talk and show their emotions. I usually think that there is the soul in the music. Music could cure out paints and relieve us from the pressure.
Canon is my first song to play with the piano. I learned to play piano when I was senior high school student, but it was a little bit late for an adult to learn because of the solid muscle. Besides, I could not read the musical note very quickly and I do not have piano to practice at home. However, I insisted to learn playing a piano, so I asked my teacher to teach me the song and allowed me to practice with her piano whenever the piano is available. I had learned for one year. It was really hard for me to play smoothly because there are a lot of variations of Canon. Nevertheless, I could play the whole Canon finally. Therefore, this song is very meaningful to me.
I think I should listen to the music to relieve the nervousness right now. I'm overwhelmed by a lots of business note and fast-paced information. At the meanwhile, I feel so stressful that I did homework with a English-speaking classmate and a ABC(American born Chinese). The English-speaker, Chrism, can accomlish a formal essay in 30 minutes!!! He just keep typing and editing and chaging the order, while my friend also made a conversation with him. I can say nothing because there strongly exist my disavantage of languege, I can't even follow them this time maybe due to I don't know how to make a discussion or conversation with them. All the experience just happened make me feel bad, but I'm determined to learn English well and do homework as soon as possible.

As cannon has a very simple and pretty melody, almost everyone who heard the song can remember it very easily. Because of the simple melody, many people can play it in various version, and the music that is made in various version make the song not to be tired to listen.
